Kasapreko Company Limited is Ghana's largest indigenous alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage producer, founded in 1989 by Dr Kwabena Adjei, a Ghanaian entrepreneur and Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Headquartered in Accra, Kasapreko produces the iconic Alomo Bitters herbal drink (Ghana's most popular bitters brand, also exported internationally), Kasapreko gin, Kasapreko rum, Awake water, and other beverages. The company operates modern bottling facilities in Accra and Kumasi, and exports across West Africa, Europe, and North America. Kasapreko is widely regarded as one of the most successful indigenous Ghanaian manufacturing SMEs and has received multiple national business awards.
