Lekki Free Zone Development Company

Lekki Free Zone Development Company (LFZDC) is the master developer of the Lagos Free Trade Zone (also known as the Lekki Free Zone), a USD 5 billion integrated industrial, logistics, and residential zone located in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State. The zone hosts the Dangote Refinery (Africa's largest single-train refinery), the Lekki Deep Sea Port (operated by China Harbour Engineering and Tolaram), and numerous manufacturing and logistics tenants including Chinese, Indian, and African investors. LFZDC is a joint venture between the Lagos State Government, the Federal Ministry of Trade, and China-Africa Lekki Investment Limited (a consortium of Chinese state-owned enterprises).
