BRAC Africa

BRAC International is the African and global arm of BRAC, the worlds largest microfinance NGO, headquartered in Bangladesh. BRAC operates microfinance programs across multiple African countries including Liberia, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda. The organization combines group lending and microenterprise loans with health, education, and agricultural extension services. BRAC is widely cited as a benchmark microfinance operator for unit economics and program design.
