Hamed Arbabioon is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor with over 16 years of experience in the telecom and finance sectors. He is the CEO and Founder of VoPay, a company specializing in financial services, fintech, payment processing, API, open banking, platform, cloud services, global payments, and digital banking. Under his leadership, VoPay has been recognized as a leader in payment innovation, digitizing online bank account payments with speed and transparency. Prior to founding VoPay, Arbabioon established a company focused on wholesale carrier services to mobile operators and national telecom providers, contracting with over 110 mobile and incumbent operators globally. He has managed teams of over 100 employees and has been deeply committed to finding solutions for modern everyday problems and building communities through his business ventures. Arbabioon holds a degree in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai and has been recognized as one of British Columbia's top CEOs in the fintech space. He is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council and has completed executive education in Driving Digital Strategy at Harvard Business School.
