The fund's investment strategy includes acquiring substantial minority interests in its portfolio companies, with initial ticket sizes ranging from EUR 200,000 to EUR 1,000,000. It is positioned to lead or participate in follow-on rounds, with total commitments up to EUR 3,000,000 and beyond. In 2022, Mainport Innovation Fund joined forces with SHIFT Invest, expanding its focus to sustainable aviation, mobility, and logistics through the fund SHIFT Invest III. This collaboration aims to further accelerate innovation in these sectors, leveraging the combined expertise and global network of its partners to support the growth of pioneering companies in the transportation and logistics industries.
