Overview
The Ministry of the Environment, Sustainable Development and Ecological Transition of Senegal, through the SENRM project financed by the World Bank, seeks quotations for the acquisition of equipment to rehabilitate the radio and telephone communication network of the Niokolo Koba National Park (PNNK). The procurement is structured into three distinct lots covering different types of communication and energy equipment.
Scope of Work
2. Le SENRM sollicite des offres de la part de soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises pour fournir les équipements pour la réhabilitation du réseau de télécommunication radiophonique et téléphonique du PNNK en trois lots et de réaliser les services connexes y relatifs pour les quantités et, suivant le délai de livraison et au lieu indiqués dans le Dossier de demande de cotations. Chaque candidat pourra soumissionner pour le ou les lots de son choix.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bidders must have executed at least one similar contract worth at least 20,000,000 FCFA during the last three years (2023, 2024, or 2025) for each lot they bid on. They must be in good standing with tax and social administrations as of 31 December 2025 and must include the relevant attestations listed in clause 4.1 e) of the Supplier Instructions in their bids. Each interested bidder may submit offers for one or more lots. The complete Request for Quotations dossier is available in French upon written request and payment of 20,000 FCFA via WAVE, to be collected in person or sent by email.
