A.G. Leventis (Nigeria) PLC is one of Nigeria's oldest diversified conglomerates, listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX: AGLEVENT) and part of the global A.G. Leventis Group founded by Greek-Cypriot entrepreneur Anastasios G. Leventis. Established in Nigeria in 1937, Leventis Nigeria has historically operated across food and beverages, automotive (authorised distributor for Volkswagen, Scania, Ford, and Continental tyres), real estate, and logistics. The group is a member of the Boulos & Sam Holmes consortium (via CAT Nigeria) and has long been a pillar of indigenous industrial development.
