Botlhale AI is a South African conversational AI and natural language processing company founded by Thapelo Nthite and co-founders, specialising in voice AI solutions for South African and African languages. The company was founded on the belief that language should not be a barrier to accessing digital services, and has developed AI solutions supporting multiple South African languages including isiZulu, isiXhosa, Sesotho, Setswana, and Sepedi. Botlhale has worked with multiple South African corporates to deploy multilingual voice AI solutions.
