Conoil PLC

Conoil PLC is a leading Nigerian petroleum products marketing company listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX: CONOIL), with a network of over 500 service stations across Nigeria offering premium motor spirit (petrol), automotive gas oil (diesel), kerosene, aviation jet fuel, and lubricants. The company was originally Nigerian National Oil Corporation's Unipetrol retail arm, privatised and acquired by Nigerian billionaire Dr Mike Adenuga Jr (founder of Globacom) in 2000 under the Conpetro banner, later renamed Conoil. Mike Adenuga also owns Conoil Producing Limited (a separate upstream oil and gas exploration and production company and one of Nigeria's largest indigenous oil producers). Conoil is one of the oldest and most-recognised petroleum retail brands in Nigeria.
