Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries

Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited is one of Nigeria's largest indigenous pharmaceutical manufacturers, founded in 1977 by Dr Stella Chinyelu Okoli OON, a pioneering Nigerian female pharmacist and entrepreneur. Emzor began as a retail pharmacy in Lagos and has grown into a full-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing company producing over 125 products across analgesics (Emzor Paracetamol - Nigeria's best-selling paracetamol brand), antimalarials, antibiotics, anti-diabetics, antihypertensives, and vitamins. The company operates manufacturing facilities in Lagos and Sagamu (Ogun State) and distributes products across Nigeria, West Africa, and Central Africa. Dr Stella Okoli has been recognised with numerous honours including the Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) and the West African Pharmaceutical Industrialist of the Year.
