International Breweries PLC is a Nigerian brewery listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX: INTBREW) and majority-owned by AB InBev, the world's largest brewer. The company produces the Trophy Lager, Hero Lager, Budweiser, Castle Lite, Castle Milk Stout, Eagle Lager, and Grand Malt brands at its breweries in Ilesa (Osun State), Onitsha (Anambra State), Port Harcourt (Rivers State), and Gateway (Ogun State). International Breweries was formed through the merger of Intafact Beverages, Pabod Breweries, and the original International Breweries in 2017 as part of AB InBev's consolidation of its Nigerian operations following its global acquisition of SABMiller.
