Melcom Group Ghana

Melcom Group of Companies is Ghana's largest indigenous retail chain, founded in 1989 by Bhagwan Khubchandani, a Ghanaian-Sindhi entrepreneur. Melcom operates over 45 retail outlets across all 16 regions of Ghana, offering groceries, electronics, home appliances, fashion, furniture, household goods, and consumer products under a one-stop-shop model. The group is the largest private-sector employer in Ghana (outside the mining sector) with over 5,000 employees, and also operates Melcom Plus (wholesale) and dedicated electronics and home appliance divisions.
