MRS Oil Nigeria

MRS Oil Nigeria PLC is a Nigerian petroleum products marketing and distribution company listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX: MRS). The company was originally Chevron Nigeria Limited's downstream subsidiary (Texaco Nigeria), acquired by Sayyu Dantata's MRS Holdings in 2009 and rebranded as MRS Oil Nigeria. The company operates over 150 retail service stations across Nigeria offering petrol, diesel, kerosene, lubricants, LPG, and aviation fuel. Sayyu Dantata is the founder and Chairman of MRS Holdings.
