Shoreline Natural Resources

Shoreline Natural Resources Limited is a Nigerian indigenous oil and gas exploration and production company operating in the Niger Delta. Founded by Kola Karim (a Nigerian businessman and Group Managing Director) in partnership with international investors, Shoreline owns a 55% operated interest in Oil Mining Lease 30 (OML 30), acquired from Shell in 2012 for approximately USD 850 million. OML 30 is one of the largest onshore blocks in Nigeria with production of over 30,000 bpd. The company operates as part of the Shoreline Group of Companies which also has interests in power, construction, and logistics.
