Womentum Accelerator

Womentum Accelerator is an early-stage program designed to support female-led tech startups in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The program aims to increase the pipeline of women entrepreneurs in the regional ecosystem by providing mentorship, training, and access to investors. The accelerator follows a blended model with in-person sessions in Berlin and Dubai, as well as a remote execution phase involving virtual mentorship. This structure allows entrepreneurs to validate their products in localized contexts and gain exposure to both European and Middle Eastern markets. Womentum Accelerator is part of womena®, a platform dedicated to encouraging gender diversity and inclusion in the regional entrepreneurship ecosystem. Womena® has facilitated over 3 million AED in funding into MENA-based startups and aims to promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and strong female role models in business and technology.
