Overview
The Government of Chad, through the SWEDD+ project and with financing from the International Development Association, is recruiting an individual consultant to prepare a procedures manual for the National Laboratory for Drug Quality Control (LNCQM). The assignment is being managed by the Ministry of Finance, Budget, Economy, Plan and International Cooperation via the SWEDD+ project management unit.

Requirements & Qualifications
Les consultant individuels intéressés doivent fournir les informations démontrant qu’ils possèdent les qualifications requises et des expériences pertinentes pour l’exécution des Services. Les critères pour le choix du consultant sont les références techniques liées à des missions similaires, à savoir : Le consultant devra être titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire de niveau Bac+4 minimum dans l'un des domaines suivants : management, administration des entreprises, gestion de projet, droit, finances, ou toute discipline connexe impliquant une formation à la structuration organisationnelle et à la rédaction formelle. Un diplôme dans les domaines de la santé, de la pharmacie ou de la chimie sera considéré comme un atout distinctif. Les CV en langue française doivent être transmis, à l’attention du Coordonnateur National du projet SWEDD+, et porter clairement la mention « Avis de sollicitation de manifestation d’intérêt N°002/MFBEPCI/SE/SG/SWEDD+/PM/2026, relatif au recrutement d’un consultant individuel pour élaborer le manuel de procédure de Laboratoire National de Contrôle Qualité des Médicaments (LNCQM) ».
