Finlays Horticulture Kenya Limited is the Kenyan operation of James Finlay, a UK-based agricultural and tea group with over 270 years of history. In Kenya, Finlays operates tea estates in Kericho, vegetable and herb operations, and flower farms including the Kingfisher Farm (Flamingo Flowers) in Naivasha. The company is one of Kenya's largest agricultural employers, producing black tea, green beans, herbs, and cut flowers for UK supermarkets and other European retailers under Finlays' integrated vertical supply chain model.
