Tolaram Group is a Singapore-headquartered diversified industrial conglomerate with its largest operations in Nigeria, best known for establishing and dominating the Nigerian instant noodles market through the iconic Indomie Noodles brand. Founded in 1948 in Indonesia by the Aswani family and now led by Mohan Vaswani (Chairman) and Sajen Aswani (CEO), Tolaram entered Nigeria in 1988 and has grown into one of the largest indigenous conglomerates in the country with interests in food (Indomie, Dufil Prima Foods, Kellogg's Nigeria joint venture, Minimie, Tummy Tummy), consumer goods, port infrastructure (Lekki Deep Sea Port in partnership with China Harbour Engineering), digital services, energy, and logistics. In 2024, Tolaram acquired Diageo's majority stake in Guinness Nigeria, adding brewing to its portfolio.
