Overview
The African Development Bank Group is procuring cleaning and housekeeping services for its premises in Bamako, Mali. The contract covers daily cleaning of office areas, meeting rooms, sanitary facilities, kitchen areas and common spaces, plus periodic deep cleaning, window cleaning and waste management. The successful bidder will provide trained staff, supervisor coverage, all required cleaning supplies and equipment, and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards. Scope of Work
Daily office cleaning per agreed schedule and scope. Periodic deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery and high-touch surfaces. Window cleaning (interior and exterior where accessible). Sanitary facility maintenance and supplies. Waste collection and segregation per environmental standards. Provision of all cleaning supplies and equipment. On-site supervision and quarterly performance reviews. Compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Legally registered cleaning services company in Mali with demonstrated track record serving embassies, multilateral organisations, banks or large corporates. Trained and uniformed staff. Compliance with Mali labour law including social security registration. Compliance with AfDB procurement rules. Liability insurance.
Evaluation Criteria
AfDB standard procurement: mandatory eligibility (Mali registration, statutory compliance), technical evaluation (track record, staff, supplies, supervision), financial evaluation. Award to lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
