Overview
The Agence Nationale d’Identification des Personnes, through the WURI-BENIN project, is seeking a consultant firm for maintenance services related to eight Xerox C9065 robots. The activity is part of the Projet d’Identification Unique pour l’Intégration Régionale et l’Inclusion en Afrique de l’Ouest and is financed by the Banque mondiale.
Scope of Work
La mission du consultant (cabinet) consistera à faire la maintenance préventive et curative de huit (08) robots au profit de l’ANIP. De façon spécifique, il s’agira de : - Réaliser les réparations nécessaires sur les robots en cas de panne ou dysfonctionnement ; - Réduire significativement le taux de pannes non planifiées ; - Maintenir un niveau optimal de qualité d’impression ; - Garantir une disponibilité continue et stable de l’ensemble du parc ; - Éviter l’arrêt simultané de plusieurs équipements critiques afin de sécuriser la production - Disposer d’un suivi documenté des interventions, des incidents récurrents et des recommandations techniques nécessaires à la pérennité du parc. - La durée de réalisation de la mission sera de douze (12) mois à partir de la date de notification de service, y compris les délais de validation et de livraison du rapport final.
