Ghana National Petroleum Corporation

Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) is Ghana's state-owned national oil company, established in 1983 to develop Ghana's upstream petroleum resources. GNPC holds equity interests in Ghana's offshore oil and gas fields including the Jubilee, TEN (Tweneboa-Enyenra-Ntomme), and Sankofa fields, partners with international oil companies (Tullow, Kosmos, Eni, Aker), and manages Ghana's petroleum commercial interests. The corporation is headquartered in Takoradi, Western Region.
