About this Program
The BOI-MTN Foundation Y'ellopreneur Programme 2026 is the third phase of MTN Foundation's flagship women empowerment initiative, now run jointly with the Bank of Industry (BOI) on a 50:50 basis as a NGN 1 billion matching fund. Implemented through the Enterprise Development Centre of Pan-Atlantic University, the programme combines entrepreneurial training, mentorship, advisory services, and access to equipment loans of up to NGN 5 million. Phases 1 and 2 trained 5,754 women, disbursed over NGN 94 million in equipment loans to 50 entrepreneurs, with 25% of repaid loans returned as outright grants.

Entrepreneurship and business management training (1,000 women in Stage 1), business plan development support (Stage 2), equipment loans up to NGN 5 million per beneficiary (Stage 3), mentorship and advisory services. 25% of fully repaid loan value returned as grant.
Eligibility
Female entrepreneur resident in Nigeria, owning and actively managing a registered business operating for at least 2 years. Sectors covered: agriculture, energy, trading, fashion, ICT, digital services, waste management, recycling, food processing, and manufacturing.
