Konga Online Shopping Limited is a leading Nigerian e-commerce platform, founded in 2012 by Sim Shagaya (a Nigerian entrepreneur and Harvard Business School graduate). The company grew to become one of Nigeria's largest online retailers competing with Jumia, offering electronics, fashion, home goods, groceries, and consumer products. In 2018, Konga was acquired by Zinox Technologies (controlled by Leo Stan Ekeh) in a landmark Nigerian tech acquisition that merged Konga with Yudala. Today, Konga operates both online and offline retail through KongaMall physical stores and the Konga online platform, serving millions of Nigerian consumers across the country.
