Iyinoluwa Aboyeji

Iyinoluwa Aboyeji is a Nigerian entrepreneur and angel investor recognized for his significant contributions to Africa's technology and startup ecosystem. He co-founded Andela in 2014, a company that trains and connects African software engineers with global opportunities, and Flutterwave in 2016, a payments technology firm facilitating seamless transactions across Africa. Under his leadership, Flutterwave processed over $2 billion across more than 50 million transactions, attracting investments from global entities such as Y Combinator, Greycroft, Greenvisor Capital, and Mastercard. In 2019, Aboyeji founded Future Africa, an innovation fund providing capital, coaching, and community to mission-driven innovators addressing Africa's challenges. The fund has invested in over 100 startups across sectors like fintech, edtech, healthtech, and agritech, collectively valued at over $6 billion. His investment approach focuses on supporting founders with strong values and technical expertise committed to solving Africa's pressing issues. Aboyeji holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo and serves on the boards of several organizations, including the Share Africa Project in Paris, Rainbow Educational Services Limited, and Filmo Realty. He has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, reflecting his impact on the continent's entrepreneurial landscape.
