Overview
The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is procuring the refurbishment of student accommodation at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration (KESRA) Mombasa Campus. KESRA is the KRA training arm that provides revenue administration training to Kenyan and East African tax officials.
Scope of Work
Refurbishment of student accommodation block per architectural and engineering drawings: structural repairs, finishes, sanitary fittings, electrical rewiring, painting, doors and windows, external works. Site management and quality control. Defects liability period.
Requirements & Qualifications
NCA-registered building contractor of appropriate class. Statutory compliance documents. Bid security per tender document. Mandatory site visit per the bidding document.
Evaluation Criteria
Preliminary mandatory compliance, technical evaluation (NCA class, references, methodology), financial evaluation. Award to lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
